Privacy policy

This policy explains what information SlabQuote processes, why it is used, and the choices available to account holders.

Information we process

We process information you provide to operate your account and create quotes, including account identity, company details, pricing settings, customer and project details, scope, measurements, terms, and quote records. When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information needed to identify your account.

We also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, and security or error logs. If website analytics is enabled, it is used to understand aggregate site traffic and performance.

How information is used

Service providers

SlabQuote uses service providers to operate the service. Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage, security, and related infrastructure. Google provides optional account authentication. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

Retention and security

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your responsibilities and choices

Account holders are responsible for having an appropriate basis to enter customer information into SlabQuote. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting the service owner through your existing account or business relationship. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made.
