Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of SlabQuote. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using SlabQuote
SlabQuote provides tools for preparing, storing, and sharing concrete project estimates and quotes. You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and be authorized to submit any customer or project information you enter.
Estimates require professional review
SlabQuote assists with calculations and document preparation; it does not replace professional judgment. Starter rates, templates, quantities, taxes, terms, and calculations must be reviewed for the specific project and jurisdiction before a quote is shared or relied upon. You remain responsible for your pricing, scope, contracts, permits, taxes, and work.
Customer information and content
You retain responsibility for the information and content you enter. You grant the service permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve SlabQuote. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, use it to violate another person’s rights, or distribute malicious code.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or be suspended for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product develops.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy for a specific construction project. SlabQuote is not responsible for business decisions, project costs, customer disputes, or losses caused by relying on an estimate without appropriate review.
Account suspension
Access may be limited or ended when these terms are violated, use creates a security or legal risk, or continued operation is no longer practical. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions may be directed to the service owner through your existing account or business relationship.
